Optimize365 Has Been Acquired by CyberFOX. Here's What That Means for You.

TL;DR: Optimize365 is now part of CyberFOX. Your product, your team, and your day-to-day experience stay the same. What changes is the resources behind us: CyberFOX is a leading global cybersecurity software provider for IT teams at small and mid-sized organizations, and joining them gives us more capacity to build faster and go further with the mission we started a year ago.

Questions? Reach out to us directly, we mean that.

A year ago, Shimon and I sat down with a simple problem: Organizations managing multiple Microsoft 365 tenants with no reliable way to catch configuration drift, security gaps, or licensing waste across their entire book of business, let alone fix them. The tools available at the time were lacking, and far less intuitive than we wanted. The only option was to do it manually, tenant by tenant. That doesn't scale.

We built Optimize365 to fix that. One dashboard. Full visibility across every tenant. AI-native from day one.

And today, we are announcing that Optimize365 is now part of CyberFOX.

Two Sides of the Same Problem

Here's what made this an easy decision once we sat down with the CyberFOX team: we were solving two sides of the same problem.

Optimize365 was built for one layer of security: Microsoft 365. We don't just flag configuration drift, security gaps, and license waste; we fix them automatically, with the impact of every change predicted before it's made. CyberFOX built its business around the layers around that: control access, protect credentials, and secure connectivity - closing the gaps that put businesses at risk. Different surface area, same philosophy: practical, effective security that doesn't require an enterprise budget or a six-month implementation.

Put those pieces together and you get something neither of us could offer alone: a genuinely connected view of your IT environments, from identity and access down to the M365 layer we've focused on from day one.

What This Means For You

We know the instinct when you hear "acquisition" is to brace for change. So let's be specific about what does and doesn't change.

What stays the same:

  • Your dashboard, your data, your integrations. Nothing about how you use Optimize365 today changes.
  • Your team. The people who've been answering your support tickets and sitting in your onboarding calls are the same people, staying in the same roles.
  • Your agreement and pricing will stay the same.
  • Us. Shimon and I aren't going anywhere. We're staying on to lead Optimize365, and we're growing our team to better support our partners.

What gets better:

  • More resources behind the roadmap you've been asking for. Features that used to compete for a small team's time now have a bigger engineering org behind them.
  • A path toward tighter integration with the security layers CyberFOX already covers, so the tools you're already paying for start talking to each other instead of living in separate tabs.
  • More capacity to keep building the automation that improves your security posture without adding headcount.
  • Access to a bigger partner ecosystem: Thru the CyberFOX partner program, training resources, tech refreshers, and tech talks built specifically for IT leaders to connect, learn, and grow together.

What we're building toward is bigger than either of us could have built alone: one place for you to see, fix, and improve your M365 security, across your company or your entire client base. That mission hasn't changed since day one, and now we have real resources behind it.

What's Next

In the near term, nothing changes operationally; you'll keep working with the same team, the same product, the same support channels you already know. Behind the scenes, we're starting the work of integrating Optimize365 with the CyberFOX portfolio, so that over time, the security stack you will obtain spans more than Microsoft 365.

This is also, honestly, just the beginning of a much bigger platform story. We built Optimize365 to prove that a small, focused, AI-native team could move faster than the industry expected. Joining CyberFOX doesn't change that instinct; it gives us more room to run at it.

Thank You

None of this happens without the people who built it and trusted it early.

To our team: you shipped a real product, at real speed, with a fraction of the headcount most companies in this space have. This is your win as much as ours.

To every partner who took a chance on a year-old product from a small company: thank you for the trust, and for the feedback that shaped what Optimize365 became. You made this possible.

To our partners, including C-Data in Israel, and every early investor who backed an unproven idea: thank you for believing this mattered before it was obvious.

This isn't an ending. It's more fuel for what we started.
